Free Shipping Setup  

Offering free shipping is a common marketing and business practice.  

You could set up free shipping without any critirea or  based on minimum purchase amount on your store.  

Step 1 - Click on ‘Discount Profile’

After logging into your account, click on ‘Discount Profile’ on the left panel.

Step 2 - Click on ‘Create Discount’

Click on ‘Create Discount’ in the top right corner.

Step 3 - Choose your discount method

Select Auto Discount.  

Step 4 - Set up the details of the free shipping   

1. Enter the discount name.  For example, Free Shipping for a purchase of HK$500 or above
2. Apply to -  Select "Entire Order"
3. Type - Select "Free Shipping"  
4. Criteria -  Select "No Criteria" or "Minimum Purchase Amount" .  If "Minimum Purchase Amount" is selected, please enter the amount you would like to set.   
5. Set Validation Period -  If you would like to offer discount for a certain period, you could toggle the button to the ON position. Then please enter the start date and end date. The discount will only be available in the period that you set.  
6. Limitation -  If you would like to apply the free shipping for the a certain number of orders, then you could check the box and enter the total number of times of the discount that could be applied.  For example, if you would like to offer discount for the first 20 orders, then you could enter 20 after checking the box.  
7. Review the details and click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner.
