Limit Number of Participants per Service

Set a limitation of participants for different events.

Step 1 - Where to start 

Click ‘Scheduling & Appointment’ on the left menu bar. Click ‘Calendar Setting’ to set up your calendar basics.

Step 2 - Create a new service 

Create a new service by clicking 'Service List' on the top right corner. And Click 'Add New Service' on the top right corner to create a new service.

Step 3 - To set the number of participants 

Enter relevant information about this service.

Participants per timeslot: the maximum number of participants at the same timeslot. If you set 2, that means only 2 participants can book the same timeslot for this service.

When you have finished, click 'Save' to save your progress or click 'Publish' to go live with your changes.
