Send Broadcast Message

You can send broadcast e-messages to all registered participants and participants will receive the messages by email.

Step 1 - Select Participants Section

Click ‘Activity overview’ to find the activity you want to broadcast a message. 

After entering the page of the activity, scroll down and click the ‘Participants’ button. 

Step 2 - Select Timeslot

Select the corresponding time slots, and the list of participants would be shown. 

Step 3 - Deliver a message 

Click the ‘Broadcast’ button

Type your message and click 'send' to deliver the message.

Participants will receive an email as below format.
