Create New Scheduling Service


Scheduling service allows your customers to book an appointment easily. This article aims at guiding you through the setup process step by step.


Step 1 - Click on ‘Schedule and Appointment’

Under the ‘Activity Overview’ section on the left, click on ‘Schedule & Appointment’.


Step 2 - Click on ‘Service List’

Click on ‘Service List’ in the right corner.


Step 3 - Click on ‘Add New Service’

Click on ‘Add New Service’ in the top right corner.


Step 4 - Configure Service Listing


Enter relevant information about this service.

 


'Participants per timeslot': the maximum number of participants at the same time slot. If you set 2, that means only 2 participants can book the same time slot for this service.

'Label Color': it means the color shown on the calendar. It helps you to identify different services. 'Private/Public Service': If you set the service as private, it will only be visible to people who have access code.

'Specific Availability': it means the availability of this service. For example, if your service is only available in the morning until 12:00 pm, then you enable this and set the time from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm for every day.




At the end, click ‘Save’ to save your changes or ‘Publish’ to go live with your changes.
