Create New Offline Activity/Workshop


Add your first activity and promote it to the public.   


Step 1 Get Started

After logging into your account, you may click the 'Event and Activity' button on the left panel.


 

Step 2 Create & Edit

Click 'Create’ on the top right hand corner to create a new activity. 

You can manage the activities by clicking the button edit.



Step 3a: Create a New Activity 


There are three steps of activity creation. Enter all information in the corresponding blanks to create and publish the activity.


The first step is to provide basic information about your activity. 


For hashtags,  press "Enter" after keying in each keyword.


* Required to have at least one Cover Image for your activity.    


The second step is to enter the schedule of the event.


Advanced settings (optional):  If you would like to organise a recurring event,  you could enable the toggle button and key in the information.  

  1. Recurring Options: Every Day / Every Week / Every Month  
  2. Fill in the event date for the last section 


Timeslot closure setting:  If you would like to close the registration a few days before the event, you could enable the toggle button and key in the number of days.  


Maximum Number of participants:  Please key in the maximum number of participants for the event.  


Location:  Fill in the venue address 


Gathering Point:  If you have a different meet up point before the event start, please key in here.   



 

The third step is to enter the ticket type and the price.


Ticket quantity: please make sure the number of ticket quantity is the same as the maximum number of participants that you key in in the second step.   


If you have different ticket types, the sum of the tickets of different ticket types should be equal to the maximum number of participants that you key in the second step.   


You create up to 3 Ticket Types by pressing the "+" button on the top right of the page.  


For example:  
If the maximum number of participants is 3 pax and you have 2 ticket types. Then you could assign 1 ticket to Ticket Type 1 and 2 tickets to Ticket Type 2 or vice versa.   


 

 


If you are organisng an online activity, you can choose either using our GoBuddy Online Stream(A link will be generated) or using other Platforms (you can provide the link here).


The activity information will be seen here and you may send it to the participants.
