Manage Your Order


You can view details of orders and change the status of orders, including order status and payment status in the following steps. You can use this feature to update orders after you delivered your product or received payment. 


Step 1 - Click on ‘Shops’


Click on ‘Shops’ in the left panel.






Step 2 - Click on ‘Orders’


Click on ‘Orders’ in the top right corner.






Step 3 - Manage Order List


After clicking ‘Orders’, you can see a list of confirmed orders. 

Click on a specific order and you can do three types of actions:



1. Change ‘Delivery Status’: The original status of a new order would be ‘Ordered’. You can change to ‘In progress’, ‘Delivered’ or ‘Completed’ based on your needs. 


When you change the status to be ‘Delivered’, our system will ask whether you would like to send a message to your customer, for example, delivery tracking number. You can skip sending the message if it is not applicable.


2. Change ‘Payment Status’:  The original status of a new order would be ‘Paid’ if the customer paid by online payment, or ‘Pending’ if they pay by cash/ other custom payment. You can change it to 'Refunded’ if needed.


3. Add Remark: If you need to mark down some notes, for example, a special request from a customer, you could add a remark to the order. The remark is only for internal usage and not visible to your customer. 


Step 4 - View Order Details


You can view the details of the orders, including customer information, delivery information, and purchased items. You can change order status and payment status as mentioned above on this page as well. You can use this feature to update orders after you delivered your product or received payment.


You can also update the payment status here. You can update as "paid" if customers use cash to checkout and when they paid back.
