Setup Your Company Profile

The first thing that you might want to set up is your company profile. Providing information about your company is necessary for building a trustworthy brand. Here’s how you can update your community profile.  


Step 1 - Click on ‘Community Profile’

After logging into your account, click on ‘Community Profile’ in the left panel. 


Step 2 - Click on ‘Edit Profile’

Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on ‘Edit Profile’. 


Step 3 - Enter your company-related information

After clicking on the ‘Edit Profile’ button, you can edit all related information about your company. 



Step 4 - Customize your subdomain page [optional]

You can create a subdomain page with your own logo and banner. You can activate it in the ‘Community Profile’ section. More details are in the article, Activating Your Personal Subdomain.




Step 5 - Save your information


Click ‘Save’ to save all your changes.


Once you have set up your company profile, you can move on to adding your first product or activity.
